Bio

Andrew currently serves as Vice President of Sales for the Bakery division of Polymer Packaging. He works in a “player / coach” role, overseeing the department while continuing to manage and grow his book of business.

He began his career with The William-Allen Company in 2019 as a Sales Representative and played a key role in its continued growth prior to the company joining the Polymer Packaging Family of Companies in 2023.

Andrew brings a relationship-driven approach to sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on partnership, growth, and long-term value creation. His background prior to joining Polymer includes experience as a nonprofit youth director and an insurance agent, where he earned multiple sales awards for both performance and customer service.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Mount Union and earned his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

He resides in Louisville with his fiancée, Sarah, and their two dogs, Josie and Arthur. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys supporting Cleveland sports teams, golfing, and cooking.
